SAUVE, Jace Nicholas John

At 8 years young, Jace passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Erie Shores Hospice. Cherished son of Alexis McMorran (Mustapha) and Nicholas Sauve. Adored grandson of Janet McMorran, Dionne Shepley (Rodney) and Chris Sauve (Kelly) and great grandson of Gene and Ron Weskett. Jace will also be remembered and missed by his many aunts, uncles and cousins, especially his two uncles Tommy and Evan. Jace faced a lot of adversity with his three year battle through cancer, but it was always with so much courage and love. He had many on his team to support him, including all of the staff at Windsor Regional Cancer Centre, London Health Sciences and Toronto Sick Kids. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 87 Maidstone Ave. E., Essex (519-776-4233) Thursday 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A Private Family Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. John’s Church, 1690 County Road 46, Woodslee followed by interment in St. John's Cemetery. Due to COVID Restrictions, Visitation is limited to a specific number of visitors at a time. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Please book an appointment online at www.reidfuneralhome.ca to secure a designated time to pay your respects. EVERYONE must wear a mask at Visitation and Mass.
